I called McMillon Electric on Monday morning after Thanksgiving at 8:00AM because my heat pump was not working right. I asked how many days it would be before they could come and they told me that a technician would be calling me by noon that day to schedule. The technician called at 8:15AM to tell me that he was under way! He diagnosed the problem but did not have the new part on hand. He went to get a new part and was back within an hour. The unit was back up and running by 11:00 that morning. This exceptional service is extremely rare now days. This is the third time that I have used McMillon and every time they have been prompt, polite, knowledgeable and very reasonable with their charges. Service techs Shannon and Carson are superior in their electrical knowledge, customer service and representation of McMillon Electric. They had a laundry list of electrical services at my residence and performed them all to my satisfaction and in a timely manner. This is the second time that Shannon has done work for me. I want to brag on Tyler. He came to my Moms house (JeanPhillips)  her Heat Pump had quit working. He went above and beyond to find parts for the heat pump.
